What material are SIRSOCK™ made from?

Our socks are pure quality, with countless hours of field-testing different ranges and manufacturers to ensure we created the best on the market.

Like the perfect cup of coffee, we opted for a blend of materials to achieve optimal quality.

We selected a combination of combed-cotton (80%) for a luxurious feel, with a hint of Nylon (17%) and Spandex (3%) so the socks not only look dapper but have the durability for everyday use.

Our custom sock designs are intricately stitched into the fabric, guaranteeing a vibrant and long-lasting look. No sublimation or heat-pressed designs.

Where are SIRSOCK™ designed and manufactured?

All of our design work is completed right here in Geelong, Australia.

We have a long-established relationship with our manufacturing site based in Ningbo, China (the combed-cotton capital of the world). Working together for over 10 years, we have formed an excellent reputation for quality and timely delivery.

How do I pay?

We offer Stripe, PayPal, and Bank Transfer as payment options for our invoices. All major cards are welcome. Prices shown on our website are in AUD. All pages of SIRSOCK.COM, including the payment cart, are protected with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.

How long will it take to process my order?

Once you have accepted the quote and paid the production deposit, we will start manufacturing your order.

  • Wholesale Socks: Generally take 18 working days for production.

  • Wholesale Ties: Generally take 22 working days for production.

  • Custom Socks: Generally take 25 working days for production.

Shipping timeframes depend on the destination, however, most orders, once dispatched, are delivered within 14 days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on your order size (weight) and destination (distance). We will arrange shipping estimates and provide them in the initial quote.

Can I return my socks?

Custom orders are made to your specifications and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. This also applies to wholesale orders.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping for any returned items.

In the rare case of your delivery not arriving, please contact us with your name and receipt number.
