Orders
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Custom Orders
For custom orders, additional terms apply:
Design Approval: All custom orders require approval of the final design before production begins. Any changes to the design after approval may incur additional charges.
Lead Time: Custom orders typically have a longer lead time. Estimated delivery times will be provided once the design is approved.
Minimum Order Quantity: Custom orders may have a minimum order quantity requirement. Details will be provided during the ordering process.
Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit may be required to commence production of custom orders. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
No Returns on Custom Orders: Custom orders are made to your specifications and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Shipping & Delivery
SIRSOCK™ provides the following shipping options:
Australian Delivery:
The cost of standard shipping with tracking will be quoted at the outset of your order.
Deliveries generally take 7-14 days once dispatched.
International Shipping:
The cost of standard international shipping with tracking will be quoted at the outset of your order.
Deliveries generally take 14-21 days once dispatched.
All domestic and international deliveries include free tracking via our various carriers (AusPost, DPex, DHL, Toll, UPS, & Team Global Express). We recommend having your order sent to a workplace or similar address to ensure acceptance of your order. SIRSOCK™ takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur once an order has been confirmed delivered via the tracking service of our carrier.
We are not responsible for delays in the delivery of your goods that are beyond our control.
Returns/Exchange
Custom orders are made to your specifications and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. This also applies for wholesale orders. Note that we do not cover the cost of shipping for any items returned.
Taxes
The Australian GST (10%) applies to all orders delivered in Australia and is included in our quoted price. Purchasers will be responsible for any applicable import taxes required in their country.
